Metadataonly optimization and NullScan optimization launches a dummy one null row job when fetch optimization is disabled. This results is additional overhead of split computation and launching of tasks that does nothing. Also this creates failures in llap as localization per query (file.splitmetainfo file needs to localized) is not supported.
