Apache has performed well for over a year now.
But now runaways are occurring, sometimes five
or more at the same time, with 7 to 40 CPU
minutes on them. It's killing us.
I've looked at what these children are serving up, and the requests are innocuous. I believe it
is a bug or misconfiguration. What can we do?
