cs 4.31 centos6.4 快照不成功
大家好，哪位帮我解答一下
环境 cs 4.3.1 centos6.4 qemu-img-0.12.1.2-2.448.el6_6.3.x86_64
已在kvm.snapshot.enabled true
1，卷做快照是提示
Failed to create snapshot due to an internal error creating snapshot for volume 45
日志记录
com.cloud.utils.exception.CloudRuntimeException: Failed to backup 28d6ca49-bdf4-46bd-95b9-dedaafdf3ef1 for disk /mnt/61b861e7-fdb0-3b90-bcbb-959e27d9974a/ce682575-4d3d-46e3-afab-9df731e54c4e to /mnt/f7abae0d-4442-3c96-aec7-1f5ce4284579/snapshots/2/45
2，vm做快照是提示
VM snapshot is not enabled for hypervisor type: KVM
日志中同样是
VM snapshot is not enabled for hypervisor type: KVM
3，关机操作一样不成功。

1、快照成功了，但是不能copy到二级存储，你需要提供更多日志，或者查一下是不是有权限问题或者ssvm没有连接到management-server
2、vm快照不能支持kvm
