[jira] [Created] (OPENNLP-658) Make the sequence codec in the name finder and chunker configurable

Joern Kottmann created OPENNLP-658:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Make the sequence codec in the name finder and chunker configurable
                 Key: OPENNLP-658
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENNLP-658
             Project: OpenNLP
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Name Finder
            Reporter: Joern Kottmann
            Assignee: Joern Kottmann
             Fix For: 1.6.0

The name finder and chunker should have the ability to change the sequence codec. The name finder uses by default IOB2. It should be possible to use other codecs such as BILOU as well.
