error when tomcat4 starts

HI

I'm running Tomcat 4 on Win2k and get the following error when I try to
start Tomcat.  Tomcat has always worked fine for me, so I don't know why
this error has suddenly appeared.  Any help please.

Here is the error:

Starting service Tomcat-Standalone
Apache Tomcat/4.0
ERROR reading java.io.FileInputStream@7a29a1
At Line 57 /web-app/servlet/

Starting service Tomcat-Apache
Apache Tomcat/4.0
