xml namespace

Hello guys.
I am trying to find a complete xsd for log4j2 configuration.

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/logging-log4j2/master/log4j-core/src/main/resources/Log4j-config.xsd

I found the above link on the internet but it's not complete, for example,
it doesn't have <File> or <RollingAppender> and etc.
I found another xsd into the dependency but it's not complete either.

Is it a good xsd with full supporting tags? or should I write myself?

Yes, it is indeed far from complete. We will really appreciate it if you
can improve it and submit a PR. (Please target the `release-2.x` branch
rather than `master`.)
