Can you also add a sentence to explain how phoenix uses the 'X' access? Something like:
Phoenix doesn't expose this functionality to end users. Phoenix requires this permission if you have an index on a mutable table (it uses it to send index metadata to the server cache).
Also can you include a link to https://hbase.apache.org/book.html#hbase.accesscontrol.configuration
