## Summary
I notice that execute the "ps" command will crash in the nxsched_get_stateinfo().
So add critical section when access the tcb->waitobj in nxsched_get_stateinfo().
## Impact
Bug fix
## Testing
Vela, execute the "ps" command periodically not crash.
