Release Notes for 1.2.3
Since we're using Maven to generate Release Note info these days (at
least as I understand it), and my Maven config is still messed up, is
someone else available to update the release notes prior to the 6pm
cut-off today? I realise this is rather short notice, to say the least
- the Maven issue didn't occur to me until now. ;-(

We weren't using them to automatically generate the Release Notes. We're using them to give us a leg-up on the manual updates. I last did them on August 13, and not much has changed since then.
