Currently, when I am about to send voting email I see this:

Would it be possible to see the rendered email (both subject and template) live rendered when I change the email ? If I do not do it, it's hard to say if the content of the email is going to be "good".

Yeah the subject should also allow substitution: In our case it's `release Airflow CTL 0.1.0 from 0.1.0rc2`
It is also important for some mail clients (such as gmail) that might put messages with the same subject to the same thread - so when we change RC version, we start separate voting and we shoudl see a different message.

Yes, the `[ Text preview ]` tab next to `[ Edit ]` should work for this purpose. Please let me know if not.
(Would you prefer I rename it from `[ Text preview ]` to something else?)

🤦 -> NOT seeing "Text preview" when it is there in plain sight 🤦
Yah, That will do (providing we have preview for subject) - however quite a little better UX (And one that is not prone to missing link, and likely will work better with the subject) is to have side-by-side view where you immediately see the preview (of both subject on body) in a side-by-side channel and have it update live as-you-type.
That would be **way** better UX IMHO,
