Clean karaf.data/cache or karaf.data (KARAF-1563)
Hey guys,
I've attached a patch to [1]. Basically what it enables you is to either
delete your entire data folder on every reboot (or only the cache
directory). In addition the same options had been added to the restart
command. Finally the same option is also possible "one-time" by putting a
clean_all or clean_cache file into your data folder. Does this make sense
to you? Any further extensions wished for? Otherwise I'll apply to karaf
2.4 and 3.0

Thank you very much for the review; I've corrected this and uploaded the
new patch. If there aren't any further comments I'll apply the patch to the
master and the 2.x branch.

The option descriptions are the same for "clean", and "clean cache".
Aside from that, the patch works great.
