error message

This is a new one for me. Has anyone seen this before?

<D:error>
<C:error/>
<m:human-readable errcode="160029">
Could not open the requested SVN filesystem
</m:human-readable>
</D:error>

This is a new repository using Subversion 0.35.1 on Apache 2.0.48. I can use
the repository locally using the file:// URL, but https:// seems to be
failing. Is there something special I need to do for SSL?

This is a completely generic error. It's most often caused by
permissions problems (if you're accessing via both apache and file:///,
you better read the last section of chapter 6 regarding permisissions
and umasks.)

If that's not your problem, it could be any number of apache
misconfiguration options. You'll need to give a whole lot more detail
about your setup.
