[ANNOUNCE] Apache Ranger 2.0.0 released

The Apache Ranger project is pleased to announce the release of Apache Ranger 2.0.0. 

Apache Ranger is a framework to enable, monitor and manage comprehensive data security 
across the Hadoop platform.

Apache Ranger 2.0.0 contains a number of new features, improvements and bug fixes.
