### Description
In `atr/get/sbom.py` (lines ~267–277), URLs from OSV vulnerability scan results are rendered in `href` attributes without validating they use safe protocols (`http`/`https`). A compromised OSV database or malicious SBOM could inject `javascript:` URLs.
### Remediation
Validate URLs against `http://` and `https://` before rendering in `href` attributes.
