Whitelist users that use relays

Hi,
I have these headers:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------
Received: from qmail.domain3.com
Received: from phpmailer
          by srv01.dinamize.com with local (PHPMailer);
To: user1@domain1.com
From: user2 <us...@domain2.com>
Reply-to: user2@domain2.com
Subject: Newsletter
Message-ID: <18...@srv01.dinamize.com>
MIME-Version: 1.0
Return-Path: return@domain3.com
------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------

SA here allways checks the "Return-Path" filed to match whitelist users.
It ignores the "From" field.
But I want to whitelist only the "From" (or "Reply-to") field, not the
"Return-path" field.
The "domain3.com" is a known relay/mass-mailing company that provide
e-mail services
to others senders that I do not want to whitelist.

What is the rule sintax to whitelist only "user2@domain2.com"?

Thanks.
