   ### What happened + What you expected to happen
   
   问题：linkis1.0.2采用k8s部署 ，由于是overlap网络，导致服务ip和端口都是随机，再重新部署linkis服务时，同一个服务的ip和端口都是随机，那么就会导致再次访问的时候，linkis会先从数据库查询服务实例，但是去erkua上找 但是重启后之前服务是没有的，同时数据库也没有及时清除无用的服务实例
