   I tested it passed `OperationLogSuite` locally, and asked the reporter to test his use case, but CI shows it breaks other functionalities, converted DRAFT, and investigating.

   When log4j2 async is enabled the `append` will be invoked by different threads, so I think it's a typical concurrency issue, since async is disabled by default, we never encounter it.
