   ### What this PR does / why we need it:
   
   Need to make sure the 'GitHub Actions' are up to date.
   
   It looks like we have one action using the old version `actions/checkout@v1` so this should be updated automatically to `actions/checkout@v2` within the next day after this PR is merged.
