Nomination for XML Graphics chair

I am pleased to be able to accept the nomination for the position.  Many 
thanks to those who nominated me.  I have nominated Jeremias, as I feel 
that many who have observed his efforts in bringing this project to 
fruition would wish to see him as chair.
