RFI for 0.28: QPID-5641: [legacystore] Valgrind reports memory leaks in older store tests

Four older store tests show Valgrind memory leaks which seem to be
connected with the handling and destruction of static objects.

These tests are old and have limited test value, it is suggested that
they be removed altogether.
