I can't post a bug to Jira!!!

I'd like to post a bug to Jira,
so I've signed myself to Jira today and I chose to create a bug issue.

I complete the forms of step1 and step2, but when I click on "create" I 
see the step2 again and I can't continue!

I 've tried both with IE6 and with Mozilla 1.6

Plz try again. There was a configuration problem.
