Hello everyone
Does anyone know where the TODO list listing all
todos which are currently hosted in the JIRA, is?

Ok that clears things up for me.
Just a short explanation, I noticed the missing todos
and thought there might be a central list somewhere.

I don't think I understand your question. All TODOs are on JIRA and I add
them when a new snapshot gets released. However, JIRA currently miss all
TODOs for new and modified tags as I only placed the PDF and JavaDoc changes
in so far. I'll add the missing ones tonight.
