Updated Pluto web site

Hi Experts,

I updated the Pluto web site to add version 3 information. See:
http://portals.apache.org/pluto/index.html

Note that you may have to refresh your browser cache to see the new
information.

I included the V3 API documentation, and some sections on V3 functionality.
The content is from my point of view final except for a few minor edits
concerning the download version and links, which will have to be updated
when we cut a release.

Please have a look and provide feedback if you find anything missing or
inaccurate.

Martin/all,

Cool, thanks a lot. Not sure, if it'll help, but maybe for ApacheCon NA (in
Miami, it's a bit close to the May F2F also in the US, so I probably won't
be able to propose anything) or EU next year it could be worth another try
with Pluto. Especially after JSR 362 could be Final by then;-)

Congrats Scott!

I only have one question right now: What is the role of the maven-pluto-plugin for deploying portlets?

It is mentioned in the 2.0 docs:

But it is no longer mentioned in the 3.0 docs:
http://portals.apache.org/pluto/v30/deploying.html
