[jira] [Updated] (GUACAMOLE-89) Graphical screen recording changes not documented

Michael Jumper updated GUACAMOLE-89:
------------------------------------
    Description:
Although the text-based screen recording changes *are* documented, the graphical screen recording changes are not. Use of the graphical screen recording features needs to be documented for VNC, RDP, SSH, and telnet, and the "guacenc" tool needs to at least be mentioned when screen recording is discussed.

The new dependencies required by guacenc need to be documented in the build instructions, as well.
