Adding timeline v1.5 support to Distributed shell. Right now all container level information is redirected to HDFS via the new API of ATS v1.5. We can certainly post more container level data after 1.5. I also modified TestDistributedShell to accommodate v1 and v1.5. The current patch works on top of YARN-4265.
