Status of NMaven Trunk

The current trunk supports: compiling of C#, assembly signing, deploy,
snapshots, remote resolving, assembly info generation, artifact scopes
(system scope can be used for GAC dependencies). Evan has completed
compiling with NUnit and I expect that running of NUnit is rather close as
well. It's in good enough shape that people can start kicking it around.
