Attaching a patch with initial changes to support the Tez Shuffle Handler, instead of the Mapreduce shuffle handler. However, the NM still attempts to connect to the MR shuffle handler port (13562) instead of the configured Tez port (13563). 

Additionally, we will need to update the patch to allow the shuffle handler to be configured instead of replacing the MR shuffle handler with the new Tez one.
