+1 (non-binding)

  Validated apache-pulsar 4.2.3-candidate-2 on macOS x86_64:
  - SHA-512 checksums match the published .sha512 (and the email)
  - GPG: Good signature, KEYS from downloads.apache.org
  - Tag v4.2.3-candidate-2 commit confirmed against the email
  - BookKeeper native libs packaged in the binary
  - Built source tarball with JDK 21 / Gradle wrapper (./gradlew assemble)
  - Standalone health checks pass; pub/sub, Java function, and stateful
word-count function work; Cassandra sink verified
