Messy Commit & Rollback

Some apologies for the messy commit and rollback. I tried replacing
Doug Lea's ConcurrentReaderHashMap with the Java 1.5 ConcurrentHashMap
and this caused application deployment errors in Click Examples.

The Spring bean initializer code was failing to create Page classes
because it could not resolve click-control_en_AU.properties. I am not
why, but its not a good look.
