[POLL][RESULT] Minimal JRE level as of HttpClient 4.4
0 in favor of maintaining 1.5 compatibility
8 in favor of upgrading to 1.6
19 in favor of upgrading to 1.7

So, we will definitely be discontinuing support for 1.5 and most likely
upgrading to 1.7. As to how exactly we are going to be handling the
upgrade will still have to be worked out at the dev list.
