checked default

dear all
in the jsp file I have

<s:radio list="#{'Y':'はい','N':'いええ'}" name="saleoff.is_top"
value="%{saleoff.is_top}" />

I want the value 'N' is checked by default but dont know how to solve it
do you have any suggestion?
