                 Key: TS-121
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-121
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Cache
            Reporter: John Plevyak

it would be nice if we could adjuest the RAM cache replacement policies.
Perhaps a plugin but the ability to adjust when things are inserted based on
how many times they are read at a minimum.

Leif Hedstrom commented on TS-121:

Yeah, this would be nice, plugin APIs for cache eviction policies. I think Squid has something similar, where it's fairly straight forward to implement different eviction policies, LRU, LFU etc.
