vhd-util is not available on xen servers after adding them to CS.

1.Fresh install Xenserver with 6.2
2.Fresh install MS with build from 4.4 branch
3.Create a zone 
When host is added to CS , as part of host addition CS pushes scripts to Xenserver. However it is not copying vhd-util.
So all the volume creations would fail.
