[~asalamon74] would it be possible to consider having a spark-3 profile that has a more up to date jackson dependency. Spark2 relies on jackson 2.6 (which has CVEs) while Spark 3.2 relies on jackson 2.12 (which has no CVEs)? Relates to OOZIE-3650.
