* Wizard window sizing
** The content panel is slightly bigger, causing a small amount of horizontal scroll.  Please make it so that the horizontal scroll does not appear (especially in the "wide" format).

* "Configure Components", "Start Components", and "Finalize HA Setup" pages
** Change the page title to match the page title in the side nav.  Currently, it says "Deploy".  It should instead say "Configure Components", "Start Components", and "Finalize HA Setup", respectively.
** Change the page body to say "Please wait while the wizard configures the components.", "Please wait while the wizard starts the components.", "Please wait while the wizard finalizes the HA setup.", respectively.
** The gear icon for pending tasks is currently black.  This should be gray to match the pending gear icon elsewhere (as in the background popup).

* Rollback Page
** The page title should say "Reverting Back to Non-HA Setup" instead of "Deploy"
** The page title should say "Please wait while the wizard reverts back to the non-HA setup."
