Attached are:
1) 5 new exceptions for lang
2) 5 test cases (pretty simple stuff, testing exceptions is a bit
strange)
3) a patch for org.apache.commons.lang.LangTestSuite, to include the new
tests.
Please let me know if there is a better way for me to provide the
changes, or if there are any problems with the code.

Definitely a much better approach... 1) attachments wont get lost sight of, and
2) saves space in our inboxes :)

Will apply tonight unless someone beats me to it.
Alternatives to mailing them to the list are to zip them and attach them
to a bug in bugzilla, but if it's not already a bug/issue then it seems
heavy handed.
