Items deleted from Cache

Hi,

I am noticing the following behavior: I have a file which expire limit
is set on 24 hours and a fresh installed server with a caching
capacity of 4TB. The file will be deleted from ATS's cache way before
its expire limit and the cache isn't even close to being full. What
could be the reason for this?
