[jira] [Created] (LUCENE-10046) StringValueFacetCounts can incorrectly count in "sparse" counting cases

Greg Miller created LUCENE-10046:
------------------------------------

Summary: StringValueFacetCounts can incorrectly count in "sparse" counting cases
                 Key: LUCENE-10046
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-10046
             Project: Lucene - Core
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: modules/facet
    Affects Versions: main (9.0), 8.10
            Reporter: Greg Miller

{{StringValueFacetCounts}} incorrectly skips global ordinal mapping in one counting execution path, when the number of hits is very sparse relative to the cardinality of the field being counted.
