## Description
In this screenshot I'm mousing over the lightning bolt button for the THEME_DEFAULT theme. I don't know what a lightning bolt does. Nor really what any of these would do. Could we add tooltips that describe what each button would do if clicked?

I’ve verified this on the latest build and the tooltips for the theme action buttons (lightning bolt, etc.) are now appearing correctly. Since the original UI confusion is resolved, this issue can likely be closed.

Right at the beginning of this old merged pull request there are a couple of screenshots with the tooltips: https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/34560 you could walk back through the code with git blame to see what the old text was and what happened to it such that it's gone now.

@sfirke. The icons disturb me too. This is especially true if Superset is installed on a server (which is the majority of cases I think). In this case, they are clearly reversed.

And the icon that looks like an upload downloaded the theme? That was unexpected. If that button is supposed to download the theme, could the arrow point downward?

can you assign adding the tooltips to the lightning bolt button for the THEME_DEFAULT theme. can you explain what feature do they persorm? like does the lightning bolt button performs actions such as running? can be assigned for this issue,please?

Regarding the "upload" and "download" symbols of the Themes module, they are consistent with the rest of the UI: Dashboards...
