Fault Code = SOAP-ENV:Server.Exception:

hi 

  I have tried to install apache-soap on IIS on which Tomcat 3.1 is running. I put the 
soap.jar, activation.jar and  mail.jar in the tomcat/lib directory. I also put the xerces.jar in 
the classpath in the beginning. I deployed the service using the Apache-soap Admin tool.  
Then when I try to run any of the samples
I get the same error message as follows: 
D:\foo\soap-2_2>java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient http://localho
t:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter list
Ouch, the call failed:
  Fault Code   = SOAP-ENV:Server.Exception:
  Fault String = java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
Can someone suggest what I could be missing?
