[Issue 126735] Problems with making an Impress presentation with a powerpoint template

I downloaded the attachment and was able to open its 7 slides with text on each
of them in all of LibreOffice 5.0, Apache OpenOffice 4.1.2, and PowerPoint
2016.  The YouTube link works too.

My platform is Windows 10 x64 running on a Dell XPS desktop system.  
Please be specific about the Hardware and Operating System that you are using. 
Also, did you open the file on the same computer that you created it on?

(I also note that, given that you started with PowerPoint, Century fonts are
used.  I don't know if that is a factor where you tried to open the file and
saw no text.)
