how to create temp files when start OO

Hi,
When I start the openoffice first time, there will be some temp folders and files created, such as
 "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\OpenOffice\1\user\gallery"
  how to create the folders or files in source code? where I can find this function in source code?
