Can I now commit? I tried to do cvs edit on a file but I got

cvs server: write lock failed - read-only repository
cvs server: cannot make directory 
/home/cvspublic/ws-fx/wss4j/src/org/apache/ws/security/message/token/CVS: 
Permission denied

I wanted to check in a bug fix in Timestamp.java throwing 
ClassCastException when the token element contains spaces and new lines 
(basically when the security header is beautified).
