   Hi @feng-tao , to my understand, this issue was not introduced by any recent PR. If I'm not mistaken, `manage_slas()` never works for DAGs with schedule_interval `None`/`@once`. The `manage_slas()` code didn't change too much since the very beginning. For details please refer to [my analysis](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-4297?focusedCommentId=16822945&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-16822945) (please also let me know if you have any inputs on this or in case I missed anything).
   
   @ashb mentioned to me that he plans to roll out RC for 1.10.4 this week.
