[merlin] correction to composite error handling

I've just committed a small update to both CVS HEAD (3.3) and the 3.4 
branch dealing with the way exceptions are handled by a composite 
component.  Based on tests reported by Timothy Bennet a case existed 
where the block proxy (responsible for the exporting of services 
published by a block) was mot correctly forwarding a causal exception 
arising from the interception of an UndeclaredThrowableException.
