[VOTE][RESULT] Release UIMA-DUCC 2.0.0 RC7

Hi, the vote has passed with the following results:

4 (Binding) +1 Marshall Schor, Eddie Epstein, Jaroslaw Cwiklik, Burn Lewis
2 (Non-binding) +1: Jim Challenger, Lou DeGenaro

No other votes received.

I will promote the artifacts to the central repo.

Hi Jerry,

Many subprojects have added a folder to their documentation spot with the suffix
-current, e.g. uimaj-current (in addition to uimaj-2.8.1).  This makes it
possible to have web references to xxx-current.  You might want to consider
doing that for DUCC documentation.
