Download links issue

Hey David,
I noticed some issues with the download links for imperius

1. imperius-cimspl-1.0.0.zip - doesn't seem to point to anything. All 
mirrors say File Not Found

2. imperius-cimspl-1.0.0.tar.gz - Points to the java-spl binaries

Can you please take a look
