Nope, but much harder:

(The incompatibility of modules between Apache 1.3
and Apache 2.0 is not a mod_so issue but fundamental,
due to the Apache API; it doesn't matter which way
of embedding is to be used for this module.)

I would write:
"Denken Sie daran, den Namen gleich mit zu korrigieren,

(This section is directly adressing coders of third-
 party modules.)

understand the content. I would prefer:

die unter Windows nicht vorhanden sind, (dort) nicht
funktionieren (werden)."

This singular form seems to imply that a module source
can consist of one file only.
Is this true for mod_proxy 2.1?
(It was not for mod_proxy 1.3.)

I didn't actually understand what the English original
tried to tell me, and the German one looks as ambiguous
as the original one. In
     "Note that this will only be activated on Windows,
      so the module can continue to be used, unchanged,
      with Unix if needed."
I am not sure whether the "still being usable on Unix"
applies to the "windows enabled" version as well or
to the unchanged version only.

Rather:
"Anschließend erzeugen Sie eine DLL für dieses Modul."
("wird erzeugt" sounds as if this would be done by some
miracle, while this article is about what the coder has
to do in order to get his/her code running for Apache.)

More literally: "Es empfiehlt sich, ... zu verwenden,
um...".

I am not sure whether "build environment" is a technical
term (of the C Compiler?) here; maybe this should be
translated.

eine DLL mit Ihrem Modul erzeugt haben."
(We are still addressing the coder.)

"Einbinden der angegebenen Objektdatei oder Bibliothek"

(This is just one of two ways to do it; you might also
 try to compile additional code into your module.)
