COCOON Installation

I was trying to setup the FOP solution on my machine. I managed to download
the latest development Cocoon2.01 version of files from cvs repository.
When I was trying to build up the cocoon.war file, I am getting the below
error.

I am not able to build the WAR file. Can anyone please suggest me on what I
do to build up the WAR file. I was following the steps given in the
official
Apache site for Installing Cocoon.

On the other hand, when I try to download the latest distribution copy
directly, the sracted file set do not have a COCOON.jar/COCOON.war file.
Could you throw me more light on installing cocoon.

Thanks very much.

Regards
Padma
