32bit on 64bit system

Hi,

I'm compiling my app on Linux RHEL6 64bit, but with -m32 flag.

I get the following error on linking:

/usr/bin/ld: i386:x86-64 architecture of input file `/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.4.6/../../../../lib64/crti.o' is incompatible with i386 output
/usr/bin/ld: i386:x86-64 architecture of input file `/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.4.6/crtbeginS.o' is incompatible with i386 output
/usr/bin/ld: i386:x86-64 architecture of input file `.libs/stricmp.o' is incompatible with i386 output
/usr/bin/ld: i386:x86-64 architecture of input file `.libs/strnicmp.o' is incompatible with i386 output
/usr/bin/ld: i386:x86-64 architecture of input file `/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.4.6/crtendS.o' is incompatible with i386 output
/usr/bin/ld: i386:x86-64 architecture of input file `/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.4.6/../../../../lib64/crtn.o' is incompatible with i386 output

Can I configure it to search those files on 32 bit path?

Thanks,
Tal
